Wet Fly Hour: 5:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Program: 7:00 to 8:00 pm
Menu: Roasted Prime Rib of Beef or Baked Salmon.
The Prime Rib of Beef dinner includes tossed green salad with house dressing, slow-roasted Prime Rib, prepared medium, Au jus and creamy horseradish, Idaho baked potato, fire roasted vegetables, oven fresh rolls and butter, Chef's choice dessert, brewed coffee, and assorted teas.
The Baked Salmon dinner includes fresh baked salmon, served with our Dill Hollandiase sauce, tossed green salad with house dressing, seasonal fresh vegetables, wild rice pilaf, oven fresh rolls with butter, Chef's choice dessert, brewed coffee and assorted teas.
