Menu: Bourbon Street Steak - Cajun spice flat iron steak grilled and sliced thin. Topped with house made creamy Jack Daniels demi-glace. Served with au gratin potatoes , seasonal vegetables, house salad, rolls, dessert and your choice of coffee or tea.

Program Topic: "Conservation and Stream Restoration: A Common Goal" Kajsa Van de Reit of the Idaho Department of Environmental Equality (DEQ) will provide updates on numerous restoration projects.
