Dinner: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Program: 7:00 to 8:00 pm
Menu: Pork Marsala - lightly flour seared Pork Medallions with warm mushrooms and onions, topped with a rich buttery Marsala demi-glace. Served with roasted herb potatoes and season vegetables, along with salad, rolls, desert and coffee or tea.
